What this website does
Maryland Energy Rebates provides information about home efficiency programs and connects interested homeowners with service providers. Eligibility, availability, costs, and savings depend on the program and your home. We are not a government agency or utility and cannot approve or guarantee incentives.
How to use this information
Start with the utility that serves your address. Compare its current program rules with the work your home needs, then get a written estimate from a qualified service provider. A listing or information request on this site is not a rebate application, approval, or funding reservation.
Why location matters
Service territory is one part of eligibility. Equipment specifications, property type, existing equipment, contractor participation, installation timing and available funding may also matter. A ZIP code is a starting point, not proof of eligibility.
What we cover
- Utility and municipal energy efficiency programs.
- Home upgrades such as heating and cooling, insulation, water heating, windows and roofing.
- How to check eligibility, documentation and application requirements.
- Changes to federal tax credits and the status of Maryland HEAR and HOMES.
